Whether crowded or not, they move extremely slow. T-Mobile should provide a lunch, dinner, and camping gear. May as well move in!

I went in for a screen protector and Maritza was so quick to help. She was so sweet and talkative she made me feel like I knew her for years and was very informative about the products I was interested in!! Definitely recommend Maritza, shes super sweet and knows her stuff!

*** UPDATE***
A month after this review- my problem was not solved. And Ms perfecy Jay- ghosted me and acted like she had no recollection of me e tering her store with my issue. She begged and begged that she would fox my problem IF...if I left her a 5 star review on Google. She there I went. She stated she wanted her own store - store manager, and reviews would be the quickest way to prove she was ready. Well she aint!! I am very glad she is no longer at the local store I go to.

I'd like to take the time to rave about Jay B. She went out of her way to help me when she seen I was frustrated. A problem I had been trying to resolve for over 3 days was fixed by her in a matter of 15 minutes. She took the time to listen to my concerns , get my proper information, address my issues, all whole being respectful. I was ready to return my phones and find another provider. But Jay came to the rescue. I appreciate managers like her who care about thier customers and give wonderful customer service.
