Been here 5 hours now. These loads are booked weeks in advance and plenty of notice when the truck is going to arrive. Why isn't the items staged at a particular door at the per scheduled appointment time. Ridiculous to hold drivers here on electronic devices. Someone here tells the broker or owner when the load will be ready. So have it staged!!!

There albany plant in New Albany, Ms is so poor management that they dont know what is going on and will fire you for no reason at at even if you the your supervisor you had to leave at a time and you have witness that hear you tell your supervisor that and you leave and come back in the next morning and they fire you because the supervisor said he didnt hear you say that but you tell the plant hr and vice president of the plant you have witness that heard and they still take the supervisor side. And then on top of that plant supervisor is always 15 minutes to 20 minutes later everyday and plus he has sold a firearm on the property when there isn't any fire arms allowed on property. And they do nothing about it.

Made several attempts to contacting few actual responses, first emails was told by autumn banning that they would deliver it to me, but after giving them my address I got the cold shoulder, so I called and called left several messages with my name and phone number on all of them but no response. So I just told myself it's the holiday season they'll get back to me. That day didn't come, but the moment mentioned autumn's name and her email saying they will deliver the part to me I get grade A service. It was more like fan service with nothing to show for it but a FAKE order number and assurance that it will be delivered later since it's on "back order."
