1. My client banks with tdecu, I took the check up there to cash it and they charged $10 to cash it, but of course they dont tell you that, they just do it and onto the next customer! Mind you, the check was less than $150!
2. Went to withdrawal money from inside the bank, its in our account, we can clearly see it, but they didnt have enough cash to cover it, said theyd get some and call us when we could pick up, never called
3. Went to ATM to withdrawal $200, not enough money to cover withdrawal
4. Went to deposit checks, as we have done countless times. Lets me go through everything and insert the checks. Tells me that my checks cant be accepted even though theyre brand new!
Dont even get me started on the deposit windows. 1 teller running it and takes a minimum of 15-20 minutes for any transaction. Will be filing a formal complain with the main branch. Bay City needs a massive overhaul
