Called to make sure they had battery in stock. Was told they close at 530, even though sign says 6. Made sure to get there by 5 after work to be safe... and they were closed! Wasted my gas and time to get there. Not even a sign apologizing for inconvenience of closing early.

Called to buy 2 Odyssey AGM batteries. Said they only had one in stock, but they would order a second one and it would be in the following Wednesday. They took my number down and said they would call when it got in.
The following Thursday I had not heard from them, so I gave them a call. They mentioned that they had 9 come in, but other people were ahead of me to get one. I didnt quite understand because the gentleman said he ordered one specifically for me the week before. And he still had one in stock.
Nonetheless, I asked how do I get one and he simply said he would order me another one and make sure I got one this time. Fast forward ANOTHER week and I called to see if it came in and the same gentleman just said no it didnt. Mind you these are over $800 worth of batteries. They simply dont want business it seems like. Not very friendly at all.

Do not use this company for watch repairs. I was overcharged and the business did not take care of my watch. They broke it and refused to compensate me or reimburse me for the damage... it was a horrible experience.
