Do not hire Tom if you are an individual needing to serve someone. He is extremely expensive and he didn't finish the job. He wanted more money to finish the job, which was NEVER agreed upon. I explained what the job entailed VERY ACCURATELY and he agreed to the job. I know for a fact I did because I was extremely worried it might cost more money. I was very clear that he would have to sit and wait from one hour to another hour until they came. After I told him what the job was he quoted a price. So I figured he factored that in. He went to serve one time and then demanded more money to finish the job(he agreed to three tries). He backed out of our agreement. And now because of this I was not able to serve the person and they didn't show up to court. I was NOT granted another restraining order, so my safety is now in DANGER, because Tom was more worried about money. He's obviously in this line of work for the wrong reason. When we tried to resolve the matter on the phone he blamed me for misunderstanding (when I did NOT, I explained the job MULTIPLE times), he then cursed at me and said he already cashed the check (which by the way is unprofessional because the job had NOT yet been completed, thankfully my bank allowed me to cancel the check) and then hung up on me. One HE misunderstood ME and two what professional process server curses and then hangs up on a client?! Also, he missed the day we had agreed for him to serve and HE decided to go another day. He didn't even communicate that to me and just went beforehand and didn't even ask! He's extremely unprofessional, save yourself the headache and STAY AWAY!

Our firm has been using Capital Process Service for years now and I must say that Mr. Cassisa does an outstanding job in search/locate matters as well as a private process server and is very prompt with any required documentation. Our firm retained Capital Process Service to serve process and could not be happier with the assistance rendered. Tom and his team were diligent in their work, backing up the information provided with clear images, and also provided skip-tracing to locate the defendants. Would recommend and utilize again.
