I called Eagle refrigeration on a Friday evening in regards to a problem that directly affected my business. Within minutes, their answering service and put me in touch with a technician who promised to come out the next morning to look at my problem. Matt was friendly, professional, and very direct about what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem promptly, and allow us to get back to business. Their rates were reasonable despite coming out on the weekend. This is the first time I have used Eagle Refrigeration, but it was certainly wont be the last!

Very professional and very helpful team! Removed/Installed walk in cooler flooring in a timely manner and did a great job! Highly recommend!

The customer service was decent. After we called to schedule a checkup for our ice machine, it took about 2-3 days for someone to actually come. The technician that came over was well spoken and mannered. He actually came twice to our business to fix the machine. The only issue was: They never actually fixed the machine. As soon as they left, the next day, the same issues arose again. They ended up trying to charge us $500 even though they didn't solve the issue at hand.

Have used this company many times for various properties I own. Wonderful company and people to deal with! Price is always reasonable and options are always suggested. Would recommend them to anyone!
