Waited for an hour and 15 minutes for an appointment. No one apologized or explained the long wait. We were told by the doctor if we were not pleased we could change doctors. After waiting for an hour and 15 minutes and no one even came in the room to check on us or explain the long way.

The NMC impresses ! The facilities and staff exceed expectations in health care. There is a comforting feel, a rare emotion, at 'the doctors office, not felt elsewhere. Dr. Oberlander is genuis. Im so very grateful for him and his staff. He saved my life. And, I'm not exaggerating. Our Creator's design of him, his talent is extraordinary. Amazing Surgeon! No doubt, the greatest, above all, in the whole wide world. He is a Gift to humanity, imho. Honestly, I now have a few pain free days, recovering from an incredible successful surgery - brain, neck, & shoulders. Gosh, he is a life saver. How can I ever repay him, them,.for giving me my life back! Thank You for allowing my expressions. I luv NMC.

The surgeons are excellent however the staff is horrible.
