NEVER RECIVED MY PHOTOS!!!!!!! Bunch of conmen taking advantage of and ripping off high school graduates. No reponse after I emailed them my picture number.

I ordered $83 worth of pictures from this company (son’s football pics), and I have not received them. I have left multiple voicemails and sent at least one email. By sheer luck, I managed to speak to someone named John (he answered his phone the first and second times I called but not the third). He said he’d check on it and get back with me, as I should have received the pictures by now (they were ordered early August). It is quite frustrating to have no one return calls or get back with me. From reading the other reviews, I see that several other ppl have had this same issue. I don’t understand why no one can get back with me. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company. I don’t want to have to get my bank involved, as I do want my pictures, but I may not have a choice, sadly.

I have had the WORST experience with this business!!! I ordered school sports pictures and only received half the order that I paid for. I have been calling all the numbers listed for the business for weeks. The first time I called, I received a call back and the man assured me he would take care of my issue. Well, I never received my pictures that I paid for and have been calling and leaving messages since. No one will call me back! I can’t believe this is how someone runs a business. I will NEVER give them another dime and won’t ever recommend this business to anyone. Terrible!!!!!

He told me what he was doing and what would work and charged what he said perfect and they were 60 plus years old.
