      image Kids in the street playing basketball, they don't move when cars come through. Basketball goals line the street all day and night. Trash flying everywhere because some people don't discard their trash properly. People walking their dogs behind your house & past your bedroom window at 6 & 7 in the morning while talking loudly on their cell phones. Management doesn't do anything about it, even though the rules state it's not supposed to happen in the first place!!!
