We walked about the store for awhile. The open stock seemed aged, a lot of grunge type fabrics from a few years ago. The fabrics were predictable., the selection was broad and color matches were available. The panels on the walls were very nice, but, were not a wide variety of themes. The fabrics in the layout design area were much brighter and more interesting that any in the retail area.

After hearing that Marshalls Dry Goods was a must stop, we felt let down by the quality of the fabric and supplies in the store. It seemed like old stock with lower quality fabric.

Fabric quality is what you would pay $15/yd and up at a quilt shop. At a MUCH lower price. I have purchased from Marshall for several years online. Was able to visit the store for the first time in 2022 and was overwhelmed at how large it was and fabric to choose from. I also was blessed to meet the owner. Hope I get to see him again when I visit next week from Southern Florida. I am so excited.
