The worst builder ever!!! Bought a brand new townhouse a year ago and the AC has never worked. Last summer we had the AC people coming in almost everyday to fix it but it never got fixed. We went the whole summer with no AC. Winter came along so they told us to deal with it next summer and now here we are in the scorching heat living with no AC. My wife and I are sleeping on the basement floor because it is unsafe how hot it is upstairs. This year they are refusing to help us at all and making all these excuses about how they cant come check it out till a week. Letting your customers stay in the scorching heat for another week on top of the entire summer last year? Wow. Thats not all. Ive been telling them about a list of issues for over 6 months now and no one came to fix them, in fact they ignore our phone calls now. (Flooring is uneven, dishwasher has never worked - always had a rotting smell in it, paint chips ever since we moved in, broken toilet seat, broken toilet paper holder in another bathroom) the list goes on. Extremely poor materials used in this house as its just me and my wife and so many things have broken on their own. The AC situation were in is unacceptable, and no one seems to care.
