The front office insurance lady was rude. We have the same insurance as always. She said it wouldnt scan in so someone here would have to call about it. I waited an hour in the waiting room for her to get my insurance verification which they should have already had. I also verified everything ahead of time when I made the appointment online with my insurance. I also called my insurance company after 30 minutes and they did not understand what the hold up was and confirmed that it was not on our insurance end. Terrible customer service!

Enter at your own risk. The wait times are ridiculous! No sense of urgency at all.
Update: They finally took the cast off of my 6 year old. Then they left her sitting here bleeding. They didnt wash her up at all. I walked her to the sink. The nurses are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Appointment was at 1245, i arrive at 1230 the initial receptionist was extremely helpful went to the next receptionist to give her my paperwork one is sitting talking to another patient about remodeling her house after 7-10 minutes I interrupt and ask do I need to give you my paperwork and youll can finish the conversation I hate to interrupt, her response Im doing his information on my computer clearly not the time Ive been sitting here you havent. Then I go down the hall for X-rays i had X-rays and an MRI with the VA she pulls them up . Go to a room and wait by 2:45 I leave. Without seeing the doctor or anyone saying the doctor is a little tied up or whatever..
