Don't live here. So many issues they refuse to fix.
So, they told me to email them about all the issues I did with PICTURES AS WELL. They have yet to respond to my email. Because if they need more pictures I have those too. They refuse to have a actual plumber come out to fix the pipes. So, living in a downstairs apartments sucks every year always a leak. I still have water marks in my ceiling to prove it. An the only reason I'm still here is because the price and the apartment and my daughters daycare prevents me from paying rent on time. Because other apartments do look at that.

It is July and the heat is still on in my apartment. Locks to the the entry do not work properly it takes you a good 5 minutes to get in if you're lucky. Not to mention the mold. EDIT. Not sure who commented about contact in the office is aware of all these problems and do nothing. The heat is on in my apartment because if they turn it off we'll lose hot water because they've been waiting for a part for the boiler for months
