I recently purchased an audio DAC from Essential audio and after spending a few weeks time with it, I decided to return it only to be told I couldn't. Brian (owner?) before the purchase, told me over the phone the product could be returned without any other stipulations. He refused to accept the return citing some hidden sales return policy on the website that I was never referred to initially. The product did not physically come with any return policy either. Very poor customer service and a dishonest business. I would avoid them if possible.
