Dr. Fellows,
My name is C Jenkins, the date is Aug 23rd 2020 the time now is 12:05, to you I apologize for the 1 star rating, but i just tried calling you at 11:51a.m hoping to get an appointment with you, that started totally wrong. When i called, the line picked up and no one said anything, i waited 10 secs before i said hello and your representative finally decides to say how may i help you, she shouldn't be answering anyones phone representing their company if she doesn't even know proper phone etiquette!!! I hung up to avoid a issue over the phone and called back hoping to get someone else more professional and empathetic seeing this is a crisis line, that turned out to be her again, this time i was placed on hold, and someone kept picking up the line without saying anything, and then just hung up. So I had to call back again and this time I was placed on hold for 10 mins just for your reps to finally come back to the line and tell me that you all are closed. I've never met you personally, I don't doubt that you are a good doctor, but your help is terrible!!! No one, especially someone seeking assistance for your specialty should not have to endure unprofessionalism like that. And for them to be nonchalant about it. Tomorrow Monday Aug 24th I will contact your office again in hopes of reaching a manager of some sort that can take a look at this reps actions today. Again the 1 star is only because of your help sir. Thank you for your time.

Dr. Fellows was recommended by my attorney. My son was having a hard time dealing with divorce. My son has been seeing Dr. fellowes for over a year. I have noticed a huge change in my son's behavior and overall demeanor. Dr. fellowes is amazing and is able to get my son to open up and express his feelings. Dr. Fellows utilizes a variety of different techniques to engage my son. All of the therapists at MHS are extremely nice and we are always warmly greeted upon our arrival. I would highly recommend Dr. fellowes to anyone looking for help for themselves or children.
