Our stay was wonderful. Everything from the food to the service was impeccable. They really aim to please. I consider myself a some what picky eater and there wasn't one dish the entire stay that I didn't like. Also, the scavenger hunt was really fun! The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that we overheard one of the waiters at dinner explaining to the other diners where the components of each dish came from - items that came from their garden, or the farm down the street where the chicken came from.. We were jealous that we didnt have that waiter because we really wanted to know where everything came from! :) The other waiters didn't do this, and our suggestion would be to have all of the waiters do this. Its so important and one of the reasons why Twin Farms is so special - they use a lot of their own home grown ingredients and also very local items as well. We are looking forward to returning back!
