Salad and blueberry pie from restaurant were good. Bring bottled water, old pipes work fine for bathing but not good for drinking.

The stay itself was wonderful. Clean rooms, comfy beds and a good view of the airport etc. my problem was how I was treated by a young lady at the front desk. I am a disabled Veteran so I told her I brought my service animal with me. She proceeds to tell me there will be a fee for him. I tell her he’s not considered a regular animal therefore I wouldn’t be charged. So once she figures that out she tells me she’s not sure about being able to stay because other guests might have allergies. I mean with all due respect, I didn’t make the service animal laws but I know it doesn’t state anywhere that I need to make sure no one is allergic. So at this point I’m starting to feel a little upset. She then starts asking me for proof. Which is also by law something I’m not required to do. So at this point the manager has been called and while I’m waiting I was voice texting into my phone to my wife and the girl at the counter says, “ what’d you just say” “ what’s you say” she repeated it 3 times as though trying to provoke me. The manager was great and apologized saying the girl is new and doesn’t know. Ok, fine I can understand that. So Maybe this company could be more aware of the laws and what’s legal and what’s not. I know if I didn’t know anything on a subject, I certainly wouldn’t assume I did especially to a customer. I have never felt so humiliated. Like I was horrible for having my service animal with me. I really just would like to see it resolved so another person doesn’t come along and get treated the same way.

The staff was kind but this hotel is in DIRE need of a renovation.

Location is convenient being connected the airport. It is only 4 miles from down town.
