Nothing surprising here. Decent quality Chinese food, for slightly more than most other places. Might be worth the drive to oriental Jade.

I live in the area and have visited Oriental Express 4 or 5 times in the past couple months. I have to say that their Lo Mein is very good, as is the Teriyaki chicken. The orange chicken, and the honey chicken were also tasty (af).
The fried rice was quite bland.. and the boneless ribs are different from what's served in a typical Chinese establishment.
HOWEVER, the Bubble Tea was not good AT ALL. It was watery, and tasted like watered down Strawberry milk. Maybe it was an off day.. I don't know. But I won't be buying it there again.
It's decent, and I'd do it again.

This is a must stop place for lunch or supper when I am in Bangor. I love the crab rangoons! The food is so tasty and good. The portions are huge.
