Folks were helpful and friendly, and they have a good selection of electric guitars, including Fender, PRS, and Gibson. I got to try what I wanted, had questions well answered, and was otherwise left to try them. I will return.

The staff is amazing.
We brought my 10 year old and his starter guitar in for a minor repair. We were told that it could be a few days due to the huge backlog of repairs they had. Seeing his disappointment at maybe not having his guitar for a few days, the staff went out of their way to do the repair on the spot.

I brought my guitar here for a much needed set-up as it had been sitting for a few years. I could not be any happier with my experience at Northern Kingdom Music. The staff was wonderfully pleasant and kind. They made sure to keep me in the loop throughout the whole process via phone calls. Their estimate was spot on and the work they performed was of the highest standards and quality. They had my guitar playing and looking better than the day I bought it. I highly recommend anyone with an instrument to go here for service and more. Best place around!
