As we got closer to our moving date, we realized that we were taking on too much by renting a truck and moving everything ourselves. We reached out to Joe Clemmer, sent him a detailed list of items that we needed to move and he quickly responded with a reasonable estimate. The entire process was seamless and stress free, communicating mostly via email and not disrupting our day by spending time on the phone or waiting for someone to show up. The day of the move, we were concerned that the movers would not be able to make it due to snow overnight, but it turns out that we had no reason for concern! We received a call in the morning from the dispatcher with the time of arrival for the crew. When the crew of 3 arrived, they quickly put down protectors for our floors and even wrapped our newly built wood railing with a blanket! They were personable, patient, efficient and most importantly, respectful of our home. They went above and beyond to make us feel as if they cared about our belongings and made sure that things were moved and packed safely. The crew finished the job in less time than anticipated. Instead of still charging us the amount estimated, Clemmer Moving took that amount off of our bill, bringing the total for the move a bit UNDER our estimated quote! Highly recommend Clemmer for your moving needs!
