Somehow having had a recent worst rental experience has made me appreciate all of my past homes. Park Charles was one of them. I enjoyed my time here! Staff was really friendly, sound insulation was great, and I was happy with the security measures given rough neighborhood. The grocery store right outside is a big plus too! My only complaint would be that it used to be kinda toasty in winter but you could always keep the windows a bit open.

I love this apartment and lived there for 6 months in 2022. The apartment was super spacious and well maintained and was one of the best apartments I ever lived in. Be careful though, of the horribly expensive water bill. The window views on different side of the building are also very different. (Sadly I didnt get to live on the beautiful side :( The management team was also very disorganized and said contradictory things all the time. Ive heard that the management team was improving since I moved out, though. I wish the best to this place I used to called home. Hope the management is doing a good job in maintaining this nice community.

Some nice staff some are not and yes I am going to put this review on here rent is to expensive and even when we were there on the 19th floor could still hear everything

Its so hot in this building- its only fall and they have it boiling in here and the windows only open the tiniest little smidge. dont move here unless you have the money for a portable AC to use once it gets chilly outside.
edit: it's 82 degrees outside and they have the heat on. do not move here.

Worst experience ever - first of all: the owners of the building do not regulate the temperature of the building which causes a huge temperature difference between inside and outside.
During the winter the inside was so hot. There was a time when I had a conversation with other tenants that they too also complained about the heat.
Second of all: the management team are so unprofessional with their attitude. You're getting paid to do your work - at least make yourself look, and act professional and presentable. But the front desk asian lady is very nice and seems to be the only one who does her job nicely.
