This company is the absolute best! Very professional and courteous. Their customer service is outstanding and the service provided is excellent. A knowledgeable crew came out and quickly trimmed/pruned with care, which ensured our trees and shrubs health and continuing vigor. They even cleaned up leaving no debris or mess. We have always felt safe and comfortable with MFS ever since we first met Kevin, their Arborist, for an estimate. That was probably 8 years ago. He was the only one from a Tree Service who ever told us what "we did NOT need done". Since then all of their crew from tree trimmers to fertilizers, have been thorough, reliable and KIND. When we had major tree damage on July 1st, the first person I called (even before State Farm) was Kevin. He was at our home within an hour. By 8 am the next day, Sunday, a crew was at our home to remove the debris they could. To avoid further damage, special equipment had to be brought in after the 4th of July to remove huge limbs hanging between our home and the house next door. We are blessed to have found Metropolitan Forestry Service.
