I lodged a complaint with the unit after receiving a Pan Pizza that was nowhere near the usual quality and did not look or taste like Pan Pizza. They stated that since they werent open on Thanksgiving, the pizza was a result of the dough not having time to proof, and the resulting pizza was when the dough was fresh. I told them they should not be selling this as Pan Pizza and they stated it was servable. A very low standard for a food product. The pizza was terrible, and we threw it away. A horrible customer experience.
