Excellent fast service and very friendly, helpful driver who came up a dirt road far from pavement and sold me a new battery at shockingly quick speed in the middle of nowhere. Very thankful for their help and would absolutely recommend them for service in the area.

Im take care of a lot of patients and sometimes do house calls. I had just dropped off supplies to a patient when my car all of a sudden wouldnt start. I called my husband who tried to jump my battery with no success. I wasnt exactly stranded but my car was in the middle of the street and I was literally in front of my patients house. At first, I was frustrated that I had to wait so long for assistance. (About an hour).. but when help came, it was a God send. I thought we were going to have to put even more money into my car that we had already invested about $800 in this month alone. The drivers name was Kodah. (I hope I spelled that right.) He asked me what was wrong and I told him I had literally no power in my jeep from one second to the next. He opened up my hood and it was like magic. All my lights had turned on. Turns out the cable To the battery had literally disconnected and kinda broken off. Anywho.. he was just amazing and so polite and helpful and this company is lucky to have him for sure. Thanks for saving me Kodah and for saving my wallet some extra cash.

I ran out of gas on Highway 5 around
2:00 A.M. Tow truck driver Cody made getting to me ASAP his highest priority.
He even notified other AAA affiliates while he was enroute bringing me gas in case they could get to me quicker. He stayed in communication throughout the situation & got me back on the road in the shortest possible time. Great service..& a great guy.

Caught in a predicament with a flat tire on the side of the road, my experience with Cal State Towing turned out to be more distressing than I anticipated. Despite my earnest explanation about the tire situation and the unfortunate forgetting of my AAA card, the tow truck driver's response was marked by rudeness and a lack of empathy. As minutes ticked away, he sternly warned that if I couldn't locate my AAA card within 5 minutes, my car would be impounded. The added stress of being stranded on the roadside intensified the situation, making the encounter with Cal State Towing particularly unpleasant. Facing such disrespect in a vulnerable situation only made the entire experience more frustrating. Faced with the choice between enduring further mistreatment or seeking alternative assistance, I chose the latter to alleviate the mounting stress. In hindsight, it's disappointing that a service meant to assist individuals in distress failed to exhibit the understanding and professionalism one would expect. I feel compelled to caution others about the potential challenges they might face if considering Cal State Towing for their roadside assistance needs.
