The downside is not the people, its the CRIME. Everyone I have encountered has been really nice and my neighbors are great.
The problem is that, your stuff WILL get broken into, prepare for your car windows to be repeatedly smashed. Work vehicle 3 times personal once.
Not worth the price due to the crime, gf doesn't even feel comfortable going for a walk. There are better places for the same price.
Ambulance and police cars are constantly on Parker Street dealing with crack heads look somewhere else

BLACK MOLD, they take all your deposit, your car will get broken into numerous times and the management is a nightmare. The manager will ask you to do her favors, like take her to work different location and care for her dog then screws you. Youd be better off living in your car

Unfortunately this apartment complex didn't meet our needs as we looked for a new home. However, the front office attendant was very helpful and provided great service.
