It took over 2 weeks to schedule an initial appointment for my 77 yr old father and the only way to get a hold of someone was to complain to their 2nd location to return My calls! At that point it showed a lack of urgency from the staff and how low priority people are to this office! Then the morning of my father's appt for his results he called me last minute to drive him to his appt due to his health issues so I rushed across town to pick up my father. We check in 15 min late and the front desk was so quick to point out how late we were and that our appt was cancelled at 810am, the tone of her voice lacked any sort of empathy and didn't even give me any eye contact when communicating. I tried to explain why we were late but then she stated she would need to speak w her supervisor to see if we can keep the appt. Mind you this was for results ONLY ! Supervisor was another staff member that lacked any type of empathy and threw it in my face that we signed a zero no tolerance policy on being late plus telling us we can wait to see if anyone cancels the appt or reschedule! I was so appalled on how unempathetic and how inhumane these people at this office are as if I'm not human and a robot. I understand the meaning of being on time I understand the meaning of respecting others people's times but they should understand that my 77 yr old father is tired and this is just an appt to finally get his results to find out what's the matter with him! But NOPE this office can make you wait in their lobby for however long at their convenience but can't make an exception for a 77 yr old man to have 5 minutes for his results to be reviewed. They made us reschedule the appt instead of making a moral decision to help out their senior citizen patient which they easily had the authority to do so but becasue they are inhumane and don't care about helping the community they made my father another appointment for results only!!!!! This staff here is disgusting and I hope your Parents don't ever recieve any type of ugly,nasty, inhumane treatment you have provided for my father and I! This is just another money driven establishment that contributes to what's wrong with the Healthcare system!

Update:Try not to come here if you can help it! The office staff canceled my appointment for no reason without my approval for my kids, who absolutely needed this appointment. They are rude and do not seem to care.
I love our doctor here she is amazing with my kids. However, the office staff can sometimes be rude and unforgiving. They only give you a 15-minute window for appointments and make you reschedule even when it was their fault for not sending out correct appointment reminders. I let them know I wouldn't make it for an appointment, and they told me to be "courteous" to others to let them know in advance. How am I supposed to let them know days before my child is sick. This is the only place in town we can go to and I wish there was another office.

Okay, so I talk to someone today after finding out that kern allergy is the only immunotherapy provider on my insurance and will hopefully be able to go back and start my therapy again. While being on it though it made life so much better. I'm a disabled veteran and getting around is difficult. While the other location made it easier and I don't agree with the way it was handled, the shots where exactly what I needed.

As a new patient here, I have already had nothing but bad experiences here. I didn't even get to have my first appointment and actually see a doctor yet.
