Everything went smooth and easy when dealing with getting my car repaired! The ladies I spoke to when getting an update, dropping car off and picking it up was VERY sweet and informative. Also was able to get my car back in the time frame that was given to me! Definitely recommend!!!

Please listen to me. Do not take your car here. Ive had the same issue twice with this company. Back in early 2000s I took my Honda here and it took forever for them to fix my car, like over a month. So here Im am again thinking maybe its under new management 2023. I took my car 11/28 to repair a bumper. They guaranteed me it would be completely in 2 weeks. I was like okay thats not long to keep a rental. After 2 weeks I called and they hadnt started and told me they informed my insurance and car rental. They said they need 1 more week. I called back the next week and still not ready. They said they called the insurance and rental company. Something said follow up. I call the insurance and rental company and both said they were never called. Now. I owe 1000.00 for the rental its been 1 month and 7 days and I still dont have a fixed car. Now I have to still keep the rental and pay them a 500.00 deductible. If I have to pay this deductible, Im not letting this go until state farm remove them from their top 3 list.They fooled me twice shame on me, but Im not letting this go!!
