Our experience with Easy Street Realty has been phenomenal from the beginning! We just completed a 3 year lease to move into our dream home, but still sad to part ways. We lived very comfortably in this home no issues. Lisa and her team made it that much more pleasant. Very professional, communicated well, any maintenance repairs (which werent many) were taken care of promptly and flexible around my schedule. I highly recommend them. Thank you for such a great experience!

This company is a fraud. They have deceptive practices. They list properties and collect hold fees to "take the property off the market and hold it", and they do not take it off the market at all. So they continue to get additional application fees for it. They do not return calls or emails once you request your hold fee back. Stay away if you want a responsive and responsible company to be handling a property you rent. And if you plan to list with them, beware just the same.

Do NOT work with this company. The owner, Lisa Zeller McAffee, is a poor excuse for a property manager. Throughout my interactions with her she has been a horrible communicator and has failed in every way to be an ethical and responsible property manager. It took an entire month of emails, phone calls, and texts for me to get my microwave replaced and replace a broken garbage disposal. I had to find my own pool guy after letting her know my pool was turning green (which is included in our monthly rent). And now my air conditioner, downstairs, has quit working for the past 12hrs. She will not return my phone calls, texts or emails. I will be reporting to the the Arizona Department of Real Estate. These were all maintenance requests. I have been in this rental for over 2yrs and signed for another 2yrs in January. I am stuck. BEWARE renting from this company

Ive been with this company since 2017-2021 lived in the same unit the entire time and my landlord was Lisa Zeller. Shed help time to time with late fees but her response time takes forever, she is very rude when she does respond... if she responds. The unit recently went up for sale and she wanted to let strangers in my home during a pandemic and I wasnt comfortable with it and she went on to tell me how Im not allowed to deny showings. When I told her I had covid and was quarantined she stopped responding and never showed sympathy but was just trying to schedule showings. I asked for assistance since I was told to move in such short notice. Moving isnt cheap and she failed to respond to me asking for more time to pay the rent instead she charged me fees daily and responded no I cant help but your rent is past due and racking up late charges per day. The picture I am trying to paint is we all fall sometimes and look for help but Lisa Zeller is not the landlord to turn to and ask for help. Slumlord ! So glad to be free from her and her unprofessional ways.
