Two words to describe my experience: Amazing Service. Justin was my service guy and he was absolutely outstanding! He was super polite and friendly! I was in there probably 15 mins tops. Super fast and painless. Highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time Ive came to this location and they always have the upmost professional and friendliness standards! Special shout-out to Austin the manager on duty and Logan and Alex for providing amazing service once again. Going to miss this location, will be leaving Ohio in a few days and glad I was able to visit here for the last time!

Exceptional service.. we have been taking our vehicles to TAKE 5 #120 on Avon Belden Rd in Avon Lake for a couple years now and we have always been met with great service and a kind attitude. After having a not so great experience with my dealerships service dept I reached out and they were quick to tell me to come right in and figured out an issue my car was having within a couple mins.. Cant say enough good things about the customer service and I know who I will be continuing to support going forward. Thank you!
