Shawn was amazing. My phone screen went bizarre and I was 5 minutes to closing and he stayed and helped me to get a new phone, set it up, connected all my contacts, texts and pictures. I lost nothing thanks to him. He was considerate funny and took his time with me even though I came in at closing time, never felt rushed. It's nice to see customer service like this. He actually helped save money on my bill. I highly recommend Shawn. I definitely will be back to see him at this location the next time I need something.

I was referred to this store by a family member, and I am so glad that I followed the referral. We were getting frustrated with big box stores giving inconsistent information and unclear pricing. We had an excellent experience and are off and running with brand new phones with better rates than we had expected. We are loyal customers for sure, and would not hesitate to recommend this store to individual customers as well as business accounts. Thanks!
