We recently began the wedding planning process at ICONA Avalon, and we couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service provided by Kait and Courtney. From the moment my partner and I walked in, we were met with genuine warmth and professionalism that immediately made us feel at home.
Despite just beginning the process, Kait and Courtney have already demonstrated a remarkable level of expertise and dedication. They have been incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns, offering valuable guidance and insights every step of the way. My partner is a wedding hairstylist, and after working with several different venues, he knows when one is special. The ICONA Avalon, and especially Kait and Courtney, are so special.

Everything here is wonderful.... Except the "death-trap" they refer to as ice skating. Please avoid and recommend also the same to everyone who suggests "skating" on plastic on dull skates is fun. The photos advertised are NOT what is in place. Otherwise, great place and staff.

We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding at ICONA Avalon. The venues beauty and convenience were perfect for our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after-party. Our thanks goes out to Courtney, Kate, and Alyssa. The ICONA wedding planning team met all our needs and ensured that our wedding day was special. They consistently communicated with us, making the planning process way less stressful. On the day of the wedding, Courtney and Kate made sure everything went smoothly as they perfectly coordinated with our wedding planner, Krista.
