Dr was great, helpful and caring. HOWEVER I have been trying to pay my bill for about 18 months. I must have called 20 times, payed my bill a couple of months ago FINALLY, and then still received a bill for the amount that I payed over the phone to the office directly. NOT ACCEPTABLE

This review is solely based on my extraordinary long wait in the waiting room- I didn't visit with the doctor: I was referred to Dr. Mandalapu and made an appointment for 11:45 am, was told to come a few minutes early to fill out forms. I was at the office and sign in at 11:25am. At 12 pm 2 people were called in by the doctor and afterwards a young lady with a child was taken in. It was about 12:15pm when I went to the front desk and asked whether the doctor was running late (it's been half an hour now)and they said yes but I was the next in queue! A few minutes later a staff came in and apologized but said that the delay was because I was a new patient and that lady was an "old patient" and needed to be seen first because of a follow up . Again she confirmed that I would be the next patient to get called in by the doctor himself. In about 15 minutes the patient left and the doctor came and took in some other guy instead!!! I waited patiently till finally around 12:40 (almost an hour after my appointment time) that patient came out and the doctor came and took in a lady in a gray dress that had just walked in!!! (again---after over an hour waiting by now! ) Needless to say I was not going to stay any longer than an hour past my appointment not knowing when that patient would come out or whether the Dr. would take in someone else instead! I told one of the staff quietly that I was leaving to pick up my kid and left the office immediately. I will NEVER go back to this doctor again.
