My experience at the office was top-notch. Friendly team, easy parking, and Ashley, my hygienist, was thorough and knowledgeable. I got to experience the guided buoflim therapy, and I'm a fan! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, my experience with this dental office was extremely disappointing.
The only positive aspect of my visit was the actual exam itself.
However, I was misled about the cost of the exam. Initially, I was informed that my comprehensive exam would cost $211. To ensure clarity, I requested that they verify this amount and check how much my insurance would cover. I meticulously did my homework and due diligence.
Imagine my shock when I received a bill totaling $574 upon completion of the exam. This amount was more than double what I had been initially quoted. This blatant discrepancy between the quoted price and the final bill left me feeling deceived and frustrated.
Moreover, the office proceeded to send my account to collections when I expressed my unwillingness to pay for a service that I had not agreed to. I specifically agreed to a comprehensive exam for $211, not an unexpected bill totaling $574 for a 30-minute procedure.
I urge this establishment to improve their transparency and communication regarding pricing to avoid similar situations in the future. Customers deserve better than this.

For the past 12 years, I have been a patient of Dr. Bell, and truly, there is no better dentist out there. Dr. Bell demonstrates his extreme professionalism with genuine care, and prioritizes the patient's needs. He regards each individual as though they were a close friend, extending familial warmth and care. His genuine concern for each person's well-being is at the fore-front of his personality and services. I highly recommend Dr. Bell Dental!
