I love coming here usually, but I walked in today at 8:53 PM one night and they refused to serve me, rolled their eyes at me, and laughed at me. They then offered to serve a woman who came it at around 8:56 PM. Ive always come here and have never had any issues, the workers have always been nice. Ive also been told it was too late to get a smoothie and said I understood and left. But never given that kind of attitude.

Theres one cashier that made me the worst smoothie ever at this location shes short skinny and red complected. She ruined my morning, stay clear of her!!!

Terrible. Someone who said they were the manager, whose name I'm not going to plaster the internet with, initiated a back and forth with me that lasted about two minutes all because I asked "could you make sure all the protein gets in my cup." A simple request. The person could have said sure, I would have trusted them and probably not have even paid attention. However they began arguing with me, saying things like "the recipe calls for 2 scoops of protein (I later found out this was wrong, it's one scoop) but you're only paying for what fits in the cup." Because what the person was saying to me continuously did not make sense (circular reasoning and self contradiction), I continued to asked questions in a calm tone using non-hostile wording. I gave up and said I'll take it however it comes, when I saw the person was shaking with anger for something they caused themselves.. absolutly ridiculous and an atrocious display of management capabilities and product knowledge for someone at that capacity. Then, the co worker made my smoothie, the manager said there was something wrong with it and then embarrassingly and publically critisized the coworker for wasting product. The coworker seemed upset with the manager and the work environment seemed to me, hostile. The manger was then involved in making the second smoothie and when I asked what part they took in making it, the manager told me something different than what I saw with my own eyes, so at that point I certainly did not trust the product I was given by the manager. I left and didnt even drink it. I returned about 5 mins later to throw it away and get a smoothie made by someone else. The manager was no where in sight. A friendly employee helped me out and I requested the exact same thing. FINALLY, after having the terrible experience, got the product I was paying for with out all the hostility and nonsense. I will continue to visit this smoothie king to keep their service in check. This should not happen again to me or anyone else and I will be very observant if the seemingly nonsensical selfproclaimed manager makes my smoothie again.
