It was brought to my attention today that Ive apparently been "employed" here sinxe 12/22/22.... I was working through a different temporary agency in Ohio at the time and in the process of getting hired on by a company. I cant get a hold of anyone to change this so called employment status. I have no idea what is even going on right now. I seriously confused.
I do agree w the other reviews. Indeed does have fake job postings and they do turn down your reviews for no reason. Ive tried to post several reviews now and only 1 has been accepted. I spent hours trying to get one approved for a nursing home. People reslly need to be aware of that place. There was absolutely no reason why it shouldn't have been approved. I honestly think most of the jobs ive currently applied for (27 in 8 weeks) were fake. I had one job message me n request an interview. We set up a day and and time but they never called or contacted me again. They are a big factory in Ohio too.

As a staffing leader and now business owner, the ever-changing fee structure is exceptionally difficult, especially when working with annual budgets. In addition, we have very limited success in engaging with the candidates. Even when they appear to apply, they have bad phone numbers or no number listed at all. At a bare minimum, given the cost of this service, they should have verified contact information. Lastly, their billing process leaves a ton to be desired. They do not provide standard statements of accounts, which I thought was an accounting standard. We frequently have to reach out to have them customize a report that has our monthly statement of charges. Keeping in mind, you must have a credit card on file that they autobill...again with an account of what was charged.
All the way around, not a great business to partner with. In fact, we utilize ANY other solution we can before we're desperate enough to use Indeed.
