THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED.They are never open when stated,an when there is someone in the resturant during open hours,they dont come to the window.They just come out the back door an check.These things were happening before the pandemic now its suprising this location even has the lights on.Ive been in austin for 20years,its always been a trash jack in the box.

Worst jack in the box ever, I am so upset with this place I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN And I live down the street , how in the world are you not open passed 10:30... quality is borderline fine, RAISE PAY FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES GOOFY MANAGERS who is the manager in this place anyways?! ID RATE 0 stars

EVERYONE! Please understand a list of Jack in the Box locations, this location included, are no longer open 24 hours. The amount of staffing is not sufficient to run the business constantly. The hours in which some of the locations tend to close, at times, earlier than 9:00 pm and we will never know the actual hours of a location.
