image They have not returned my 100 dollars back. I called and said itd take about 2 to 5 business days and its been over a week! I have checked my bank account and nothing.
Its been more than 15 days and still nothing!

image I was traveling so I booked a hotel late night, and when I got there found out they can only accept cash for deposits not digital payments, or digital cards. I kindly asked for a refund or if they could make an exception and they would not provide a refund even though they did not have the equipment necessary for me to make my deposit and its 2024. Everybody should be using the best technology possible when it comes to digital payments and pay systems. Being that its 2024 and Im someone who closes hotel deals, works in the industry, and a frequent traveler, this is in my opinion, is a serious lack of good customer service. I sacrificed my commission in the past to make hotel owners happy to earn their business, and they wont even give me a place to stay when Im out here trying to close hotel deals. Wow, big slap in the face. The person who is responding to my review, has no clue that they probably dont even exist to the hotel owner at all, Just like I didnt exist when I needed a place to lay my head.

image OMG. DO NOT STAY HERE. SPEND THE MONEY TO STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL, WHICH IS WHAT I HAD TO DO DUE TO THE NOISY AND UNHEALTHY CONDITIONS. I was supposed to stay a couple of nights, but after one night, I couldnt stay there another night. The bedspread and bedsheets had hairs and cigarette burns on them. People were talking and smoking CIGARETTES AND WEED on the balcony. I had to deal with secondhand smoke that came through my room door all the way to the bathroom in the back of the room. So much for paying for a non-smoking room. The next day, I contacted the manager, Roger, and gave him the opportunity to make things right and give me a full refund without a cancellation fee for the second night. He refused. Not only did I hey, for a room that I couldnt stay in; I had to pay additional money to stay at another hotel. I was out over $200.
