Took my 2 week old Mazda 2021 to get a basic clean since I had bought a Groupon 80$ voucher for a smaller fee. Once there dude is almost forcing me to get the 400$ package,had to go back and forth declining until he said the cheapest I can do for your car is 130$ because of pet hair,now keep in mind my car is 2 weeks old,leather all throughout and special mats I bought to cover the whole flooring for same reason(pet hair). I truly just wanted the most basic 30$ car wash but instead had to pay 130$!!! To top it all off the completely missed my trunk...SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSE WHERE. Service: Auto detailing

I recently purchased an annual pass at Genie and I am always pleased with the results. I never have to wait long in line, am always treated with kindness, and my car always looks great! I will definitely be renewing my annual pass next year! 10/10

Darren especially takes good care of my vehicles (handwash).
