I should have read the reviews before trying to call as it was a waste. In a time like this I try and by from small brick and mortar stores but these guys wont even sell a tiny mini split capacitor to me as a home owner. I would understand buying refrigerant or trying to buy an evaporator coil or condenser but not a 10.00 capacitor.
Thank goodness everything can be bought online so the Amazon giant got business today and will be here tomorrow.
When one of our 25 rental properties have ac issues, the online hvac stores will continue to get my business as well.
