Great classes! I have taken IPL, chemical peel, laser theory, tech, and recently senior laser tech. Michaela was my instructor this last time and she was really great. I appreciate that she even stayed late so that I could finish supervising all my body sites, so nice. The instructors I've had are ALL very knowledgeable and I really enjoy learning there.

The level of pettiness from one of the technicians Ally is unreal. Having patients show up for an appointment simply to cancel is beyond reason.
I showed up at 4:00pm and Ally canceled the appointment due to showing up at 4:02 after having me sign in and fill out a full intake form. To be kind to my face and defame my character to your co workers and management when I am not present is immature at best. I ignored the unwarranted comments about my physical appearance and hair if my hair is real etcand just chalked it up to being ill mannered however you want to take my cancellation over an emergency vet appointment or schedule miscommunication partial because you contacted me at 10:50pm to reschedule my time slot. Extremely petty at best.

I started tattoo removal here and its been amazing. Way better results than the plastic surgeons office I went to. The staff is super friendly and its a great price!
