image Will not answer phone or return messages and will not work to solve situation even though it has been several months and we have been VERY patient with people at office. Want and need to get in touch with someone who can solve situation and hopefully soon

image Awesome genius and professional staff.
I have worked with Champion National Security Company for 3 years in Austin Tx.
The branch manager Fahim Ahmad is such a great and helpful guy.
I love him.
He deserves 10 stars only 5 stars are not enough.
Jeo Canava is another shiny star and loyal person.
All officers who I have worked with, they are not only friends but they are like my family members.
Thank you guys

image Aside from the fact that they pay good & have benefits to their employees. It was an awful experience. The officers lack so much training it's unbelievable. I had went to relieve an officer and she took off her duty belt to leave it on the desk and in the process her gun nearly slipped out and I was fortunate enough to prevent it from falling. She had the wrong type of holster for any Security or law enforcement kind of work. It was a level one holster which offered no retention what so ever. That puts the officer/clients/patrons/employees/customers at great risk. This happened at building C at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. In addition to the lack of training and professional standards the Officers wore jeans with their uniform shirt and at times did not wear their name plates or any kind of identification with their name on their person which violates DPS standards. Officer's Duty weapons were also Not regularly cleaned or maintenanced by Champion Officers. Report writting was also a difficult thing that I witnessed when I would look at officer reports. The reports were not detailed and showed a great deal of lazyness. Every hour the officers would write something like this: No Activity... No Activity and so on. A lot of the Officers did not have good verbal communication skills and we're very hard to understand. Some officers also carried Pepper Spray Illegally due to them not being certified by a TCOLE or DPS approved Pepper Spray instructor. Again Champion does not offer any kind of training to it's officers and does not have a training academy according to the Texas online private security. On many occasions during the grave yard shift many officers did not do their shift reports and often times it was well known that they would fall asleep in their cars during the night shift. TCEQ had many thefts and people cutting off parts of the fencing in order to steal equipment such as computers and even a large unit at overflow. The Officers lack so much training. I've had experience in both Security and Corrections and do continal training at various academies and schools with various intructors and they absolutely tarnish the Security industry. It's a shame clients do not look into or do their due diligence when seeking a Security Agency to provide the services that fit the needs of the clients. The issues stated above is from a specific site of Champion National Security where I worked regularly during the year 2019. Would NOT recommend a client to choose Campion please do your due diligence and find a quality Security Agency that is not all about profits but about the peopep and the community that they serve. Please stay safe Thin Green Line family.
