If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. The dentist was amazing, worked very fast and efficient. The staff was nice and friendly. I highly recommend them!!

I really want to give 4 or 5 stars. The staff was friendly and caring the day I needed to have an extraction for a near future implant. Paid my responsibility due after insurance. I was bleeding more than I had expected, so I decided to look in the mirror of the extraction site. Immediately noticed the WRONG tooth was extracted. The tooth extracted was to be worked on for a root canal and a crown. The referral from the dentist was for tooth 21. Extracted tooth was 22. I called the office and was told the correct tooth #21 was extracted. I looked over my referral for this office and the other for the Endodontist to do the root canal if there was any discrepancies. The front desk told me I had to pay an amount to have the correct tooth extracted, but argued I was wrong about which tooth was extracted. There was also a change in insurance providers a day before I was to go in and extract the correct tooth at my expense. Today, I received a statement of benefits from the insurance carrier. It does state that tooth #22 was extracted. Tooth #22 is the wrong tooth. I really want to give a higher rating based on my experience there, not the end result of the mistake.

Dr. Campbell was amazing and staff I went in for possible TMJ issues. I got my clearance for braces. I recommend him for all work

All of the staff I encountered were extremely nice, and helpful. The Surgeon was beyond incredible at extracting my impacted wisdom teeth, and took less than an hour, while I was sedated.

I was referred here by my dentist to have my wisdom tooth extracted due to the way the tooth grew in.  The staff were very nice and attentive with X-rays and questions. Dr Campbell is very knowledgeable as well. He's always checking to make sure you're okay during whatever process. Fast forward to the day of surgery, they make a driver come with you and stay during the entire time of surgery. You're given instructions orally as well as written instructions just in case. After that, I don't remember much of anything until I woke up again. A few hours after surgery Dr Campbell personally calls you to make sure everything is fine. You're also given his cell number beforehand in case of emergencies after hours. I did however have complications with my removal due to the tooth being so close to my nerve. Because of this, the staff made it easy for me to schedule a follow up multiple times and though I was concerned, Dr Campbell's knowledge of the procedure put me a little at ease by letting me know that sometimes the healing process takes time and this case was rare. I'm just always the lucky rare person unfortunately. While I'm still not fully healed, I appreciate the urgency to respond to my concerns and great customer service.
