I've been taking my dog to be groomed here for years because it's too much trouble to find another groomer. Almost every time I have my dog groomed I have to fix her eyebrows and cheeks because they're uneven. I've never said anything until this last grooming when she was botched. I spoke to Lisa (groomer) who made excuses before finally saying she'd refund the money. Then I got an email saying she would no longer groom my dog because of my constant complaints??? Very unprofessional

The team at Onion Creek Kennel are the absolute best! Tippy my retriever mix just loves coming here. She was a rescue dog who had lots of fears, but she now plays and is outgoing when she stays with them. Dylan always greets Tippy with such a welcome love and I appreciate the feedback they give me on Tippy's stay. She truly loves coming here when I need to board her. You can tell the team cares about the pets here and treats them like it's their home away from home. Thanks for providing a great place for Tippy!

Every experience we've had here has been excellent. Everyone is very friendly. We drop our boxer off once a week for day care so she can play with other dogs.

Professional and friendly! Facility has large kennels and a fun cat play room. Let us come and check it out before we left and didn't judge us for the obscene amount of toys and treats we brought. 100% recommend!
