Worst experience EVER !!! trying to buy/Exchange US dollars , to Japanese yens. The cashier couldn't understand what I needed !!! I explained her several times and she kept on giving me the wrong information and making mistakes in the system. (She had told me I will only be paying around 28.00 for the whole transaction. I ended up paying over 250.00 dlls!!!)
She was not able to help me and was rude.
Someone else came and took over after 20 minutes of her trying and finished the transaction in less than 5 minutes.
The first cashier keep on making gestures and noises frustration and anger the whole time and walked away slamming the door behind her.
Really bad experience!. I overpaid for the transaction!!!

The banker (she claimed to be a manager) is about as lazy as it gets. I was told on the phone I needed to go into branch to get business statements. So I took the time on a Monday to do so. I arrive and the banker tells me the opposite. I cannot get statements printed off in branch only mailed. We can only print off a few months at most they tell me. Again, contrary to what phone reps said.
I go to the branch in Riverside and they did everything for me without issue or pushback.
Im disgusted with the service from this S. Congress location. Lazy lazy lazy. I was literally the only customer in the bank, they had another available teller. Its not like I was taking a ton of time with my request. This place sucks. Chase bank sucks. The lack of company knowledge between employees is astounding. No one knows whats happening nor are they willing to look into it for their customers.
I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere or at least dont waste your time with this branch. They are lazy, uninformed, and useless.

I have a speech disability and this place escorted me out because I was talking too loud. Its the only way I can talk. Im sorry I have to talk loudly, its the only way I can speak correctly.

ATM always spits back cash even when bills are new and crisp. The ATM gives them back crumpled. And ATM takes way too long to process less than 5 bills at a time.
Outdated technology. Or not maintained. Sad.
