Rosa was professional, diligent, and personable. She helped keep us organized, made great recommendations, and coordinated with all of our vendors. We felt very supported through the whole planning process. Our wedding was spectacular and we were able to relax and enjoy it knowing Rosa was on top of everything.

Austin Wedding Planners did a phenomenal job the day of our wedding. We still have guest from our wedding tell us how impressed they were with how everything ran SO smoothly the day of. Rosa is amazing, she is so kind and thoughtful and truly wants your wedding day to be exactly how you envision it. She is incredibly thorough and very detail oriented. She has many great connections with a lot of vendors as well, which helped tremendously in the wedding planning process. Everyone she recommended was so professional and really did a fantastic job at making sure everything we asked for was delivered. Mary and Richard were also very professional, kind and insured everything went as planned on our big day.

Rosa was so amazing during our entire wedding process, but I cant state enough how much her and her team did for us on our wedding day. Our biggest reason for hiring a wedding planner was so that us and our family were free to enjoy our day without any stress or jobs to do. Austin Wedding Planners coordinated everything for us flawlessly with a very complicated venue. Her team and all of our vendors set up the entire venue in only 2 hours all while navigating around us taking our pictures and as guests were beginning to arrive. Another underrated thing that we had never considered before the beginning of the wedding planning process was the quality of contacts and vendor relationships that Rosa has with the other wedding vendors in Austin. She helped us plan our entire wedding from out of state and was able to help guide us towards vendors that she had a great relationship with that would work best for us. On top of that she was able to help us find budget friendly options, which in the Austin wedding scene is not the easiest thing to do. Rosa is literally the sweetest woman. She works so hard for her couples and is genuinely happy and excited to get to know us and to make our day exactly what we want it to be. She has a ton of experience in the Austin wedding scene and we cant recommend her highly enough!

Anyone looking for a wedding planner in Austin should hire Rosa. Our wedding was beautiful, perfect, and nearly stress-free - I dont think that would have happened without Rosas help every step of the way. Her vendor recommendations were sublime. Her strong ability to follow-up meant that I didnt have to worry about getting responses. Her coordination with the vendors on the schedule and the day of, working with the venue on table layout, fan placement, and meal tastings, helping me look for missing bridesmaids and photographers, solving an issue with the cake, lining up family members for the procession, and so much more! - All this meant that I could just enjoy the process of getting married rather than stress the details, which Rosa took care of! Beyond just being amazing at her job, Rosa is such a lovely person to work with. You meet with your wedding planner quite often during tastings, vendor and venue meetings, and of course the day of the wedding, so I think its important to enjoy being around them. Rosa is such a sweet and wise presence. It was like having a fairy godmother of weddings helping me fulfill my every wish. Long story short, go with Rosa. You wont regret it!
