      image So i was being billed for $85 a month for just internet, I came into the store because my modem and router stopped working and I had to get a new one. The lady explained for the same price I could have cable as well and so I agreed.
      Now, this month, I get a bill for $166, I think maybe this is a one time bill, but no I get explanation that is the NEW monthly amount if I want the 1 GIG internet plus cable package I have now.
      I have never used the xuum box or whatever so I get to cancel it but still get charged double what I expected.
      The Customer Service said sorry about getting the information wrong but that is not the case, this store LIED TO MY FACE.
      Buyer Beware, and I'm shopping for a different internet service
