Martha was recommended to me due to her expertise in the Somatic Experiencing approach. She provided me with a phone consultation at 5:30 pm on a Friday evening, when most providers are eager to get their weekend started. Upon realizing the urgency of my needs and that her schedule would not be able to immediately accomodate me, she promised me to look for colleagues with a similar skill set and an email with recommendations Monday. Sure enough, I received an email on Monday with the names of several other colleagues as well as a phone call to check in and provide her recommendations. In the short amount of time I interacted with her, she was kind and extremely supportive. I was highly impressed with her commitment to my wellness, even though she wasn't able to take me on. For these reasons, I highly recommend Martha for those seeking compassionate care.
