I have worked with High-Tech Flooring & Design two different times being a custom home builder customers love the Design center and have told me several times they are great to work with. I have worked with Michael on both projects and he is great, both jobs he put in a ton of time on to make sure it was exactly what the customer wanted. If you need flooring or tile I would definitely recommend them.

High-tech installed the floors on our new house and a little less than a year later we needed some of the laminate replaced They did so under warranty but a year after that, even more of the laminate is damaged and warped in most of our kitchen and although weve emailed them and left voicemails they have not responded to us in over 3 months.

I worked with Hi-tech flooring, Enrique specifically, to install new authentic hard wood floors in a new home I purchased (15 year old floors). He was so responsive, always immediately communicative of every step.
My favorite part was how easy they were to work with, how quickly they communicated every step of the process, and even recommended me to another contractor to do other jobs in my home and coordinated schedules. They had a lot of work to get done in a very short time before I moved in, and my house looks like a brand new build after the job.
100% would work with them again and point any new customers towards them. 10/10 experience and the biggest thing for me was how easy to work with they are as a new home buyer that didn't have a lot of experience. Before and after pics posted.
