My mother just spent a month at skilled nursing rehab where she recovered from hip replacement surgery. First of all, I have been in many many skilled nursing facilities and I can say without a doubt that Querencia is the best by far. The facility is lovely and the staff members who took care of my mother were professional and kind. Michael (PT) and Marissa (OT) worked with my mother every day to increase her strength and endurance. They are both lovely people. The nursing staff and aides were so patient and helpful. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and capable. I would highly recommend Querencia for their excellent rehabilitation services.

I left this company recently, and upruptly because of consistent Harassment from Kim Tran, 0 help from HR. When I Reported her for trying to cut off time from my work day. Marci the Hr person wrote me up out of retaliation. When I tried to avoid Kim Tran and her Harassment of me, my Job was threatened by Marci and Courtney. When I ask for info to report properly, Marci the HR person gave me Nates name sarcastically, No email. I fear retaliation from Querencia, I fear they wont cash out my PTO out of retaliation. Kim Tran the one Harassing me is still employed there, fellow employees there right now can back up her consistent harassment of me. They have reported her, and Marci the HR person allows this, constantly saying there was a miscommunication, she doesnt take any report of Kims mistakes and harassment of me, none. I feel threatened and I feel like Marci is Allowing it, so I had to find another job and leave. I apologize to Lifespace, but please dont allow Marci to remove my time out of Spite. I truly felt I was in an unsafe environment, so I left. Goodbye and Sorry

Was inpatient for rehab of an infected knee. The Occupational and Physical therapy departments are excellent. They arrived promptly every morning, taking me to the specialized rooms to get me walking as far as I could.

There is nowhere to park at this place. Not only that ,when you do find parking in the back you then can't get into the building you have to walk the mile around to the front. The place is beautiful and the food is good. If your parents like interruptions every five minutes in the room this is the place.
