There are very few bad reviews, the bad reviews that are on here are bogus.
Dr. Gonzalez is a great orthodontist that does things quick and efficient, you may not see her as often as one review wrote but with a practice that busy in Austin, you have to understand that they do their best. Shes a great person that also takes her practice seriously.
Id recommend anyone to her in Austin.

Just had our daughter's braces applied by Cynthia and Dr. G and they look great! Jan & Kendall were so helpful and patient helping us figure out insurance benefits as well! Thank yall!

Thank you PSO for this Amazing 5 years being part of the Team. I had the best Experience taking care of the patients and also having treatment in the mid time help me to express my experiences with patients and let them know who is really what they will expect or feel from my own view! Despite the glowing reviews, we have not had a good experience here especially with any of the required follow up care to the original braces. We needed to get a replacement retainer made and not only did they fail to call us when they were ready, but they lost the molds used to make them! Also, the "permanent" retainer that they installed in my daughters mouth has broken, and now they want a $150 visit fee plus $25.00 per tooth to repair. It hasn't even been 2 years since they installed them!
